Sr. Executive/Executive - Corporate Affairs

Job Description / Responsibility

- Applicants having knowledge on Companies Act, Taxes and SEC rules and regulation.

- Practical knowledge on Company affairs like share issue , banking & insurance act, SE ordinance &

rules,

- Knowledge of Stock exchange related rules, CDBL etc.and other compliance issues in regards to RJSC,

-Tax and SEC

Educational Requirements

CMA (Inter / CA (PE-II) / CS (Inter)

Candidates from ICS will get preference

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Company Secretary/Share Division

Additional Job Requirements

Age below or equal to 35 year(s)

- Good communication and presentation skill in English.

- Willing to take challenge and work long hours in a stressfully environment

- Computer skill is a must.
